 Women's Self-Defense
Self-Defense Training from Han Dol Martial Arts. Develop your self-confidence and learn how to react in dangerous situations. Focus is on escape and disarming techniques, as well as the use of sensitive pressure points to discourage an assailant.

For more frequent training, please consider joining our Soo Bahk Do class.
Notes
If you do not have a martial arts uniform, please wear loose clothing that will not limit your range of motion. Shoes, socks and jewelry must be removed for class.
