Instruction in the use of the staff, including proper grip, posture and defensive techniques.
Open to: All Adults, Children Green Belts (6 Gup) and Higher Ranks

Tuition

$20 for the first class, includes rattan training staff (please sign up and pay for your first class by the Tuesday before you plan to attend so we can order your staff).
$5 donation per additional class (payable on the date(s) of attendance)

Schedule

Selected Saturdays: 11AM - Noon
Staff Training will be held on Saturdays as announced. Be sure you are on the email list to get advance notice whenever a staff class is confirmed.
